Nobody likes to pay for shipping - so we don't reckon you should have to either! When you spend over $99, the shipping is on us! Don't worry about putting in any secret codes - it'll be applied automatically! Some exclusions apply.

* Oversized Items incur a $29.99 shipping charge. 

** Spa Pool Covers/Swim Spa Two and Three Piece Covers/Showers are considered extra oversized items and incur a $89.99 Delivery charge.

Flat Fee on Orders Under $99

For orders under $99.00 we've got a flat fee of $7.99 for as many products as you want!**

*Rural delivery incurs an extra $5.99 charge.

*Oversized items incur a Delivery Fee of $29.99

Estimated Delivery Times

Once you've made a purchase, your product will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

  • New Zealand Urban: 2-4 Business Days
  • New Zealand Rural: 4-5 Business Days

Please be aware that these times are estimates only. 

Dispatch is limited to New Zealand only. All items will ship from our Christchurch warehouse.


Delivery Terms & Conditions:

  • During sale, busy periods or public holidays, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a street address to avoid delays.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • While we will endeavour to make sure your order is delivered on time, we will not be liable for any loss of damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of third party carriers that we have no control over or any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This also includes any delay due to an incorrect delivery address provided.
  • All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to maintain accurate information regarding stock levels, but if any orders are out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified and refunded for those items.
  • Spa Supplies will not be held liable for any theft or damage for any parcel left unattended at your address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and we will not offer a replacement of refund for any loss or damage as a result of this.

Returns

Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event your goods arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact us no later than 7 days after receiving your items to organise replacement.

Incorrect Goods
If the goods that have arrived are a mispick on our behalf, please contact us as soon as possible to organise replacement.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection
Please be very careful when selecting your products as we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect product ordered. Confirm your selected item will fit/match/is suitable for your spa pool. Contact us for help regarding suitable models.
