Ordering Information

Our high quality custom covers are made to order, with the lead-time from production to delivery being 12 - 15 weeks (Due to delays over the Chinese New Year period). 

Quoted price is for square/rectangle covers measuring a maximum width x length of 2.4m x 2.4m OR Circle covers measuring a maximum of 2.12m in diameter. Covers over this size will require a custom quote, please email us with your dimensions.

Shipped in a strong protective cover bag inside a solid cardboard box for maximum protection. Delivery is not included in the price and is an additional $129.99 at checkout New Zealand wide.

Warranty

Spa Supplies guarantees to repair or replace any spa pool cover deemed defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship at Spa Supplies' discretion. This warranty covers a duration of 36 months for the vinyl outer (exclusive to custom made covers) and 12 months for the polystyrene inner, starting from the date of purchase. Cover clips, locks and keys are not covered outside of manufacturer defects.
