When installed on a wooden/combustible surface - a metal plate must be installed on top of the floor which extends out 50mm past the width of the heater on all sides and 400mm past the front.
We advise that installation should be preformed by a qualified installer (Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation).
Shipping
The heater, included extras & the stones all come packed into a solid wooden crate weighing over 200kg. Nationwide shipping is a flat-rate of $199 (exclusions may apply).
