How to order a Subscription

Step 1: Create an Account

You will want to create an account before you to purchase a subscription. This will allow you to pause, resume, edit or cancel your subscriptions at any time so it's pretty important! If you've already made a subscription without an account, contact us for an account invite. 

Step 2: Find the product you want

Go to the product you want to purchase, and select 'Subscribe & Save'.

Step 3: Select your subscription intervals

Select your subscription interval. This is how long you'll have to wait before another order is automatically placed. If you've had your spa for a while, you'll probably already know how often you need chemical & filters - if not, we've placed our recommended subscription intervals on the product pages to give you an idea of average usage!

Step 4: Add to cart

Once the previous steps have been completed, you can now add the item/s to your cart and continue through to checkout!

How to edit your Subscription

Step 1: Login to your account

Step 2: Select 'Manage Subscription'

You will be taken to a page where you are able to edit anything to do with your subscription. In front of you, you should be able to see a total rundown of your subscription order.

Change the date of your next order

If you find you already have enough chemicals and need to push the next order back, or if you need your next order to be pushed forward - you can edit that here.

Beside your next order date, select 'Change date'. You will be able to change it to whatever date you would like.

Please note, orders will still continue to be created at your selected order frequency from the new date you have selected.

Change your order frequency

If you find you consistently need more or less of your order, you should consider changing the frequency of your orders.

Under 'Order Frequency' select 'Change frequency'. Select the new frequency you would like your product ordered.

Pause/Resume your Subscription

If you are going away on holiday or want to pause your subscription for any reason, you can do that here. Under 'Subscription Status', it will tell you whether it is 'Active' or 'Paused'. If it is 'Active' and you want to pause it - select 'Pause Subscription'. If it is 'Paused' and you want to resume it - select 'Resume Subscription'


Select 'View Details' at the bottom to edit:

Address and Shipping Information

If you have changed address and want your product to be sent to your new address, you are able to edit your information here.

Payment Information

If you have a new or different credit card you want to be charged for your orders, you can update that here.

Products in your subscription

Here you are able to edit the quantity of items you want to receive with every order.

Manage upcoming orders

Here you can select if you would like to skip any of your upcoming orders.

Cancel subscription

Here you are able to cancel your subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Subscription FAQs

• Do I have to pay for shipping with every order?

If your subscription order is under $99, then yes, you will be charged the flat rate of $7.99. Rural delivery will also add $5.99.

If your subscription order is over $99, then your order will be shipped for free.

Handy Hint 

If you don't want to pay as much for shipping, instead of getting 1x product sent every 3 months, edit your subscription to get 2x products sent every 6 months!

• Can I have different products with different subscription intervals?

Of course! If you go through one chemical faster than you go through another, when you add them to cart, just select different order intervals.

• Can I cancel my subscription for free?

You cancel your subscription at any time for free before your next order. Unfortunately, If an order has already gone through, we're are unable to cancel it.

• Will I get reminded about my next order?

Four days before your next order is due to ship, we will send out a reminder email which provides a link to manage your subscription and make any changes required before it's sent!

• Do you store my credit card details?

No, Spa Supplies cannot see these details or access them. A secure PCI compliant gateway (stripe) takes care of this for you, ensuring your details are safe and fully protected. When it's time for your next order, the payment gateway authorizes the payment and notifies our system to ship your order!
