Spa Supplies offers a '30-day Right of Return' policy.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept your return and provide you with a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods and return it in new condition. Before sending any goods, please get in touch with us first via email - sales@spasupplies.co.nz or calling 0800 000 828.

You must return the product to our head office located at Alpine Spas:
105 Blenheim Road, Riccarton, 8041, Christchurch.

To be eligible for a refund the item must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging.

NOTE: These products are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

If you want to exchange something on your order for something else then simply return what you don’t want and wait for a confirmation that the return has been accepted. Then place a new order for what you require on our website.

Where to Return Goods:

In-Store Returns:
Items can only be returned instore to our head office 'Alpine Spas Christchurch' at 105 Blenheim Road, Riccarton, 8041, Christchurch. Take the product in store with proof of purchase (the invoice) for an exchange or refund.

Staff can arrange this for you and the refund will be passed to our accounts team to be processed within 5 business days. Please note that if exchanging a product, the store may not have the item you want in stock and you may need to place a new order online.

  1. Complete the returns form which you can download above.
  2. Using a cardboard box and/or adequate packaging, return goods via insured courier of your choice.
  3. Send returns to:

           Christchurch
  4. Include your return form in the package and label clearly the packaging that it is a Spa Supplies return. 

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received credit or refund.

Faulty Goods 

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Spa Supplies Ltd. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

Please contact our Customer Support team on 0800 000 828 or email us at sales@spasupplies.co.nz if you deem the goods received to be faulty or of poor quality. It is likely we will require the good sent to us and after we have assessed your claim for a return there are three options available for our customers:
 
Refund - A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. 

Repair or replace - If the returned product is still under warranty then the repair or replacement will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer. In some cases we may not be able to repair or replace your product due to availability or discontinuation of that particular line.
